Nice staff but no help with a new Mr. Coffee that didn't work.
I called to get help with a Mr. Coffee that quit working after one use.
I purchased it from Walmart but they would not take it back because I had no receipt. I then called Newell and they said it was out of warranty. It sat on my shelf new but not used for a few months.
They would not send a replacement. Now I have to figure out how to properly recycle it so all the plastic does not go in the trash.

Newell Brands has read my complaint but has no interest in honoring their "one year Warranty against manufacturing defects), even though my new in box Foodsaver model #F1110 hand vacuumizer failed within two months of purchase. I would never reccomend Newell/Foodsaver to anyone.I am thinking that virtually any other Company is more likely to honor their Warranty. I am doing my research on other Companies' products to find one that is more reliable than Newell Brands/Foodsaver.
I purchased a brand new FoodSaver FS1110 handheld on 11/17/2024. It failed only a couple of months later, so I applied for the warranty, supplying a copy of the invoice showing that it was a new product, along with photos of the charger, various photos of the handheld unit and charger, and the charger plug, clearly showing all of the requested information.
FoodSaver refused my warranty claim, saying that it was a used product. However, this was not true, as it arrived new in a sealed, unopened box.
Because of the unreliability of FoodSaver products, I have had to buy a new FoodSaver unit in each of the following years: 2010, 2011, 2012, 2013, 2015, 2016, 2020, 2022, and 2024. Clearly, FoodSaver products are unacceptably unreliable, and FoodSaver does not stand behind its warranty, so FoodSaver is also a very unreliable company.

Replacement blade needed
With the research I did online and attempting to talk to a live person, I did talk to a company representative at Newell Brands but was redirected to Crockpot brand which is Rival. I was on hold for 20 minutes then just hung up. I think the Rival meat slicer is no longer made or its replacement parts.

Hi there,
I would like to send you a complaint about your customer service in Germany.
I hope to reach the right person, before delineating the whole story.
So far I can just ask you to please please please pay attention and have a closer look at the employees here in Hattersheim.
Especially a Tanja and a Mr Lorentz are the worst of the worst I have ever been in touch with in my whole life.
Unfortunately they not only don't care about customers, they even bombard them with insulting and threatening messages.
Instead of dealing with the customer involved, they threatened an employee at the company that was related to the complaining customer.
They had several meetings with the employee who had nothing to do with the complaints...
The story continued and led to a terrible family crisis of the employee with a terrible ending.
I hope to find someone responsible for customer service and hope that someone will pay attention to those responsible for customers.

Preferred solution: Apology is not enough since the staff destroyed a family. The 2 employees must get fired immediately for the image und reputation of the company.

I informed Newell that they sent me a lid to a 6 quart Pressure Cooker when my recall was regarding the Mr. Coffee kcup brewer but haven’t received any confirmation on what they are going to do to address & correct it.
I even sent them photos of the printed address label they sent with my name and “Mr C single serve rec” printed on it that was attached to the box! Still no response or email saying how they intended to handle it.
I purchased a Mr. Coffee single-cup brewer which started malfunctioning.
It began creating holes in the K-Cups that were too large, resulting in grounds getting into the cup or not dispensing any coffee at all. I was informed about a recall and when I contacted the company, they promised to mail me a box to return the defective brewer and replace it. However, what I received was a lid for another of their recalled products; a Crock Pot 6-quart multi cooker. Even though the shipping label on the box clearly read 'Mr.
C single serve rec.,' which I assume was abbreviated for recall.
When I called the customer service, the operator seemed more interested in selling me something rather than addressing my concerns. I would like to know how a company can continue to operate without any effective means of addressing their customers' concerns.

Verified ReviewerColeman grill doesn't work, propane arm doesn't click in. Company sent a new one which also doesn't work.
The propane arm on the Coleman Fold-n-Go doesn't connect to the grill, even on the replacement grill which the company sent me. It's very difficult to contact anyone at Coleman or Newell.

Purchased a Marmot jacket based partially on lifetime warranty policy.
Zippers are broken. Told now that Life time warranty will not cover repair of zippers but rather provide a credit toward the purchase of another Marmot product.
The value of the credit is less than what it costs for a replacement.
Would like a repair or replacement not a credit insufficient in value to replace that which has failed.

Bought new take alongs 40 i find they arent half as good as old ones so dissapointed the tops dont snap together they are flimsey compared to old set
expected the same as old name take alongs 40 same look on box these are not half as nice guess all things change but maybe packaging is where to start

Have not received a call from anyone yet..
I ordered a Food Saver sealer on 10/31. Delivery scheduled for4 11/2.
The issue is now there is 40% off everything. And I also have 10% for being a Rewards member.
I did receive some discounts but the 40% plus my 10% would really save me some cash...and could use that.
I'm asking for an adjustment as I am a good member.

Product replacement
Air mattress advertised as queen size but dimensions are that of a full size. Need a 60" x 80". That's what I ordered!
Problem with Rubbermaid garbage can
I was sent a second Rubbermaid garbage can after lid would not latch on first one.
At first the second one latched on one side so I was just going to be okay with that
But now neither side locks. I now have two cans with lids that blow off.
I am so disgusted. Thought Rubbermaid was a good brand. I just want my $81.00 back. I am elderly and cant be running all over my property to find my lid.
Please dont ask me to send a picture as I already did that with first can. I just want to go to a store and buy a new can that I can be sure is right.
